Moving the needle on homelessness in your community requires a culture of systems change at many levels state and local leadership, infrastructure, data, organizational change, services which is often left up to CoC leadership and local government leaders. How can leaders effectively move their community through systems change with the goal of ending and preventing homelessness? This workshop will help to articulate and communicate this goal, identify change agents in your community, plan and execute changes in the face of opposition or changing political climates, and other techniques to help illuminate the effective strategies that facilitate effective systems change.
