Susan Starrett, MPH, Drexel University, is a detail-oriented project manager with eighteen years of experience in homeless programs, project management, and systems change. Currently the Associate Director for Federal TA at CSH, Ms. Starrett is responsible for developing policies and programs to help end homelessness in communities through systems change and capacity building.
