Ashley Mann-McLellan has over 16 years’ experience in policies and practices related to affordable housing and permanent supportive housing. Ashley is a specialist in designing and implementing coordinated entry systems; creating and evaluating Continuum of Care governance and decision-making structures; creating outcome- and performance-driven contracting practices; conducting system performance assessments and making improvement recommendations; and centering consumer voices in efforts to end homelessness. Ashley has helped many communities to introduce homeless and move-on preferences in mainstream affordable housing, adopt a Housing First approach, and develop interventions to end youth homelessness. Prior to joining TAC, Ashley served as Deputy Director at New Lease for Homeless Families, forging an innovative public-private partnership of housing developers, service providers, and government partners to reduce family homelessness throughout Massachusetts.
