D’Angela “DD” Tanks is the Program Manager of Young Adult Services at FrontLine Service, Inc. where she assists young adults (age 18-24) in transitioning from homelessness to housing in Cuyahoga County. DD also manages the By Name List which tracks each young adult that enters the homeless system. She was a leading member of Cleveland’s 100 Day Challenge team and successfully achieved the goal of housing over 100 youth in 100 days.
DD graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a B.A. in English and Case Western Reserve University with an M.S.S.A. in Social Work. She is a licensed independent social worker with a supervisor designation. She has experience with diagnostic assessments, program development, crisis intervention, therapeutic interventions, data compilation, race equity, training and management.
