Fred has worked at the City of Philadelphia, Office of Homeless Services for 13 years in various roles. In his current role as Director of Emergency and Temporary Housing, Fred directs, plans, and organizes program implementation and services for both Emergency Shelter and Transitional Housing. Fred has a Master of Social Work from Temple University and a Bachelor Degree in Sociology from Indiana U. of Pennsylvania.
