For over 15 years Sarah Kahn has worked with the government, nonprofit, and private sectors to improve homeless policy and service delivery in the US and internationally. Ms Kahn works alongside communities to design, implement, and evaluate strategies to prevent and end homelessness. Providing technical assistance and tapping into local strengths, Ms Kahn helps Continuums of Care (CoCs) implement strategic plans, leverage and optimize public and private resources, build coordinated systems of care, and evaluate and act on performance data.
