Ms. Borden is the Director of Technical Assistance and Training at the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans (NCHV). In this role Ms. Borden leads NCHV’s Technical Assistance Center providing intensive coaching in program design and implementation to veteran service providers. She works closely with federal homeless program grantees and staff to increase program effectiveness. Ms. Borden plans the content and manages logistics for NCHV’s Annual Conference. She conducts trainings and develops resources that focus on the connection between employment and homelessness and oversees the development of TA Center products including webinars, research briefs and best practice guides. Prior to joining NCHV, Ms. Borden provided training and technical assistance to a variety of community service organizations. Her work included product development, management coaching and capacity building.
