Niki Paul is a Lead Homeless Services Specialist at ICF and has been fiercely working to end homelessness since 2007. Niki brings expertise in strengthening local system response to end homelessness and implementing effective housing program models. During her tenure with Austin’s Continuum of Care, Niki led the local effort to achieve the USICH benchmarks and criteria for effectively ending veteran homelessness (2016) and led the development of Austin’s coordinated community plan to prevent end youth homelessness through HUD’s Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP). In her current role with ICF, Niki provides technical assistance to communities on the HUD's YHDP and CoC Program and serves as faculty for the A Way Home America Grand Challenge. Niki lives in Austin, TX.
