Michelle comes to True Colors United from a background in tech and research. Michelle is part of the Training and Education team and her work revolves around supporting service providers in creating more affirming and inclusive spaces for LGBTQ youth. She does this by administering the Inclusion Assessment and managing service providers' organizational data around inclusion.
