Bio

Regina Cannon is the President and CEO of ARC4Justice (Anti-Racism Center for Justice and Transformative Change).  She has dedicated her career to fighting for equitable policies, systems, and institutions and addressing marginalization of people of color. She has over 20 years of experience leading anti-poverty initiatives addressing homelessness, supportive housing, criminal justice reform, community capacity building, and youth leadership development. Regina most recently served as the Chief Equity & Impact Officer and VP of Housing Solutions at C4 Innovations where she led work in communities across the country and at HUD  to embed racial equity principles in funding guidelines, housing policies, practices and services.  Regina has trained youth in Kingian Nonviolence and Organizing across the globe. She was an Asst. Professor at Bennett College and Adjunct at North Carolina A&T University.  She also delivers keynotes on racial justice and hosts the podcast, Morning Cup of Equity.
