Javier Celedon is the architect behind HOME, Community Technology Alliance’s Open source mobile app that helps homeless individuals get housed sooner by simplifying the coordinated entry process. Javier led for the Tableau-funded Homeless Data Fellowship, which explored using an Open Source data warehouse for data integration, aggregation and reporting on homeless data in 2017. Javier has been working in the homeless sector in multiple roles over the past 8 years, from working directly with continuums of care on policy development, system administration and helping redesign homeless systems to work more effectively leveraging technology the streamline the process by which homeless persons get housed.
