Slaynne De La Cruz currently serves as the Assistant Director for Jericho Project’s Rapid Re-Housing program, a role she was promoted to after her continuous passion. The Rapid Re-Housing program’s mission is to assist homeless Young Adults, Families and Veterans obtain permanent housing following the housing first model and end their cycle of homelessness by proving critical case management and linking them to resources within the community. Ms. De La Cruz has been devoted to carrying out Jericho's mission since joining the company in 2012. Prior to joining Jericho Project, Ms. De La Cruz worked in the Child Welfare System where she provided services to children and their families in efforts for family reunification. Ms. De La Cruz has a degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College and has recently obtained her Masters in Social Work from Hunter College.
