Pascale Leone (she/her) is an anti-racist practitioner and equity strategist working to dismantle systems of oppression through policy, systems change and cultural engagement in pursuit of collective liberation. Pascale has nearly twenty years’ experience developing and advancing initiatives aimed at preventing and eliminating racial, ethnic and gender-based health disparities. As CSH's VP of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), Pascale is responsible for crafting CSH’s strategic vision to advance a comprehensive Racial Equity Framework both internally and externally across the organization’s four lines of business. In this role, Pascale works to foster and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment, ensure the organization’s accountability and commitment to equitable outcomes, and partner with Human Resources to craft and integrate the organization’s workforce diversity strategy for hiring and developing diverse talent. In June 2022, Crain's New York Business recognized CSH for its diversity and inclusion work driven by the CSH's Race Equity Framework.
