Joe Martinez-Williams has been with Pathways to Housing DC for 4 years and is the Quality Improvement and Assurance Director with Pathways To Housing DC. Over his time with Pathways, he has served in the roles of Interim MHRS and Urgent Care Clinic Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor of an Assertive Community Treatment and Community Support Program, and many other various roles. He is a graduate of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology holding a Master’s of Arts in Forensic Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor with many years of experience providing direct and indirect services to both homeless and housed consumers in the District.
