Bio

Cicely Dove, dedicated to a life a servant leadership, has worked in human services of over twenty years. Currently, as the Vice President of Family Services for Crossroads Rhode Island, she provides strategic direction and leadership in the oversight, administration, and management of all family housing programs, which includes statewide coordinated entry, two family shelters, a domestic violence program, rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing. She diligently works collaboratively with others, internally and externally, to ensure all services are of the highest quality, are effective, and deliver measureable cost efficient results that will make Crossroads Rhode Island’s vision a reality. Mrs. Dove has been employed with Crossroads for seventeen years.

Cicely holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College, a Master’s of Science, specializing in Organizational Management and Leadership, and is pursuing a doctorate in Human Services, with a special concentration in Public Service Leadership. Mrs. Dove’s commitment to community has been evident by her participation and affiliation with numerous boards and groups such as the Nickerson Community Center, South Providence Neighborhood Ministries, the Greater Providence YMCA, and RI Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc.
