Michelle Flynn serves as the Interim Executive Director at The Road Home in Salt Lake City, Utah, and has worked in homeless and housing service programs for more than 20 years. Prior to her tenure in Utah, Michelle worked in advocacy and public relations in Washington, DC. Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Drew University, Madison, New Jersey and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Michelle’s work at The Road Home, a local nonprofit organization, includes fundraising and grant acquisition, program development and management, strategic assessment and action planning, collaboration and partnership. Her areas of knowledge include emergency shelter, rapid re-housing and permanent supportive housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. She is dedicated in all of her work to The Road Home’s mission of helping people overcome homelessness and move back into our community.
