Josh Leopold is a senior research associate in the Metropolitan Housing and Communities Policy Center at the Urban Institute. His research focuses on supportive housing, rental assistance programs, shallow subsidies, homelessness and the social determinants of health. He was formerly a management and program analyst at the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness.
