Katy Miller is on the National Initiatives Team at the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH). She works across the Western U.S. to bridge efforts to end homelessness in states and communities with the policy work that is taking place in Washington D.C. through the Council’s 19 federal member agencies. Katy is based in Seattle, Washington and has worked with local leaders to design and implement innovative solutions to homelessness for more than two decades.
