Denise Neunaber is the Executive Director of the North Carolina Coalition to End Homelessness (NCCEH), a position she has held for fifteen years. Under Denise’s direction, the Coalition has significantly broadened its scope and impact. It provides staffing and structure for the Balance of State Continuum of Care, a 79-county region that spans the state, and serves as the HMIS Lead Agency for three CoCs and 81 counties. In 2018, immediately following Hurricane Florence, Denise led the creation of Back@Home North Carolina, the state's first disaster rehousing program.
