Angie Walker is the Homeless Program Coordinator with the City of Rockford Human Services Department. Angie received a BS from Illinois State University and a MPA from Capella University. Angie oversees the Single Point of Entry System for a two county area. She also coordinates the planning and data collection for the Point-in-Time count of the homeless. She leads the HOT Squad, which seeks out and engages homeless. Angie sits of the board of the Rock River Homeless Coalition, is the Chair of the Coordinated Assessment Committee, the chair of Built for Zero: Veteran/ Chronic Committee, and the Built for Zero: Youth Homelessness Committee.
