Vivian Wan is the chief operating officer for Abode Services, one of the largest and most effective housing and homeless service providers in the San Francisco Bay Area. In her role she promotes affordable housing for the most at risk in our community- individuals and families who are homelessness, most of which have significant disabilities.  She oversees over 60 programs, helps build new supportive housing developments, and administers over $35 million of subsidies each year-- all of which keeps over 2,800 people in homes each night.  Vivian holds a Masters degree in Social Welfare from University of California, Berkeley in the area of Management and Planning.  Before coming to Abode Services in 2006, she worked extensively in the areas of homelessness, foster care, community development, and is a former Peace Corps Volunteer.  She has devoted her career to assisting people with multiple barriers succeed in their housing, health, and economic goals.
