Christina Dukes serves as NCHE’s Federal Liaison, representing NCHE and the field of homeless education in federal interagency discussions on the role of education in preventing and ending youth and family homelessness. She also serves as NCHE’s Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) task lead. NCHE provides technical assistance to YHDP sites to ensure the integration of early care and education, K12, and higher education into Coordinated Community Plans (CCPs) to prevent and end youth homelessness. Christina received her B.A. in Spanish from Tulane University, and her M.A. in Latin American Studies from Vanderbilt University.
