Mary Ann Haley serves as Deputy Director for the CT Coalition to End Homelessness. Some of her roles include overseeing statewide training and technical assistance and the organization’s efforts to end youth homelessness. She has also led efforts on shelter diversion, rapid re-housing, coordinated entry, criminal justice & housing, secondary/post-secondary education institutions and housing, and other initiatives. Haley is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a PhD from New York University.
