Lauren Knott has over 11 years of experience in policies and practices related to affordable housing and homelessness. She has extensive knowledge of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs serving low-income populations. Lauren is the one of the lead TA providers for HUD’s Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP), working with Seattle, Boston, and Vermont Balance of State to draft plans to end youth homelessness. She also leads TAC’s efforts on youth homelessness, including facilitating community planning processes, developing products for community use, and helping communities ensure youth voice is central in their strategies.
