Kayleigh Silver is the Program Manager for Your Way Home Montgomery County, overseeing the policies, procedures, operations, and quality of the entire Continuum of Care services, including Coordinated Entry, Homeless Street Outreach, Emergency Shelter, Rapid Re-Housing, Joint Component TH/RRH, Permanent Supportive Housing, and Homelessness Prevention. She began her career as a clinician in the mental health field, earning her MSW from Bryn Mawr University in 2013.
