Jayme Day is a senior research scientist for the City of New York. In this position she evaluates programs and researches trends in homelessness, including the HOPE count. She has a PhD in Sociology studying racial disparities in homelessness and worked for the State of Utah on homeless programs (HMIS/CoC/ESG/State funds) from 2009 to 2014. Before moving to NYC she was the Policy Director for Single Adult Homelessness at the National Alliance to End Homelessness.
