Gordie leads a small, mission driven unit of state government that thinks deeply about, and addresses homelessness in the lives of the Commonwealth's residents.

His unit provides resources cobbled together with CoC, ESG and state appropriation funds, and  include Prevention, Diversion, Street Outreach, Emergency Shelter, Transitional Housing, Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supported Housing.
