Tim Sheahan is the Director of Homeless Services for the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health & Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS). He has worked in the Philadelphia behavioral health and homeless services systems for over 23 years as a project manager, intensive case manager, recovery house liaison, homeless outreach worker, and inpatient SUD counselor.
