Josephine Pufpaff is the Director of Systems Improvement and Youth Homelessness at Youth Collaboratory. Building on her previous experience as a Senior Program Manager with Corporation for Supportive (CSH) and as Director of Strategic Design and Evaluation at YouthLink (a Minnesota based youth service agency), Josephine providers technical assistance through HUD’s Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program, facilitates learning collaborative on coordinated entry and cross systems engagement, participates in research projects and partners with youth leaders from across the country to improve systems response to ending youth homelessness.
